The A1(M) in South Yorkshire was closed southbound between J37 (Doncaster) and J36 (Warmsworth) on Monday morning, following a collision involving four vehicles. South Yorkshire emergency services, the organisation added, were in attendance. Drivers have been urged to follow a diversion route, exiting the A1 at J37 and rejoining at J36. The incident has been marked as "severe" by National Highways, which warned of congestion while it's dealt with.
