Sky Sports pundit and Aston Martin's sporting director Andy Stevenson have joined the ranks of the Grand Prix Trust. The charity was established by racing legend to support those in the community, as well as people who were in the past.
, who currently chairs the organisation, expressed his excitement about the new additions. He said: "We are delighted to welcome Bernie Collins and Andy Stevenson as additional trustees for the Grand Prix Trust.
"They bring with them a wealth of experience from within the F1 industry, not to mention a deep-seated passion and reverence for our sport that has been around for 75 years. Their involvement is set to be instrumental as we aim to extend the Trust's impact and accomplishments."
Collins shared her enthusiasm about his new role, saying: "I'm honoured to have been invited to join the Board of Trustees for the Grand Prix Trust. The Trust plays a vital role in supporting the people who have given so much to the of motorsport, often behind the scenes.
"I'm proud to contribute to an organisation that offers practical help and guidance to members of our community when they need it most. It's a privilege to be part of something that reflects the values of care, respect, and long-term commitment within the sport," reports .

Collins is one of the newer members of the Sky F1 punditry team but has been a familiar face in the paddock for many years. After graduating from Queen's University Belfast, she joined where she went on to serve as performance engineer to before leaving for Force India where she worked for many years as a strategist, including after its transition to become .
She expressed his enthusiasm about his new role, stating: "I'm really excited and privileged to be joining the board of trustees for the Grand Prix Trust. I look forward to being part of the great work that the Grand Prix Trust undertakes and contributing in a positive way."

The Grand Prix Trust, known for its charitable activities, boasts several high-profile individuals on its board of trustees, including Sir Patrick Head, Ross Brawn, and team principal Jonathan Wheatley.
With a history of organising fundraising endeavours such as silent auctions supported by various F1 teams, the Trust remains committed to providing ongoing support to those within the sport, as well as their families.
Their website details the organisation's dedication: "For four decades the Grand Prix Trust has provided help and advice to Formula One's trackside and factory-based team personnel to put their lives back on track when things go wrong.
"We also support the wider F1 community, extending to all employees (including their immediate families) who work, or have worked, for companies in the F1 supply chain for two or more years."
