Following his recent appearance in Aham Reboot, seasoned Telugu actor Sumanth is eager to reclaim his position with a well-deserved box office success. His forthcoming film, Anaganaga, a reflective and sentimental narrative, is being viewed as a potential turning point in his career.

Helmed by director Sunny Sanjay, Anaganaga was originally slated to make its debut on the digital streaming platform ETV Win on May 8, 2025. However, the release date has now been shifted by a week, with the premiere officially rescheduled to May 15, 2025.

In this emotionally driven story, Sumanth portrays the character of a schoolteacher whose uncomplicated lifestyle mirrors the larger themes of familial bonds, perseverance through hardship, and the pursuit of self-betterment. To build anticipation, ETV Win unveiled a teaser featuring Sumanth Kumar alongside young talent Viharsh Yadavalli. The video captures a touching interaction between the two, where Viharsh's inquisitive questions about life are met with calm, thoughtful responses from Sumanth — portraying the nurturing and wise persona of an ideal educator.

The female lead is essayed by Kajal Choudhary, adding emotional depth to the narrative. She is joined by accomplished performers such as Srinivas Avasarala and child actor Viharsh Yadavalli in essential supporting roles. Together, the ensemble aims to weave a tale that resonates with the audience's inner child and evokes powerful memories from their past.

Produced under the banner of Krishi Entertainments by Gaddam Rakesh, Anaganaga places strong emphasis on emotional storytelling and nostalgia. The soundtrack, crafted by composers Chandra Sekar and Ravi Cherukuri, is expected to enhance the film's emotional undertones and transport viewers into its tender, bygone world.

With its promise of a soul-stirring journey wrapped in a nostalgic atmosphere, Anaganaga aspires to leave a lasting impact on its viewers. Sumanth’s heartfelt performance, coupled with the film’s warm tone and evocative music, might be just what he needs to reconnect with audiences and reignite his cinematic journey.
